Not in practise!!!  I run http://www.newsisfree.com/ and many many
RSS feeds, whether .91 or .92, contain HTML code, include formating and
images.

And, I don't like it, my site was designed for things that had
a title, a link, and maybe a description. Seeing stuff like those
weblog oriented feeds made my life more complicated.

I personally don't like it, the mixing of form and content. But
the bottom line is that you can make a program make sense of simple
HTML to get richer information (links et al.) and that the
information in those feeds is worth the trouble!
