FYI,
On the Win32 desktop, Newztop at www.newztop.com, provides an easy to use
keyword search feature using Moreover's syndication. It allows a search on
either just the headlines or the headlines plus the underlying source
itself.

There's a curious question here. What are you searching? A lot of RSS
items are temporary and transient.
But.
Moreover[1] has recently allowed you to create new lists of news based
on keywords contained in something. Whether it's the items or the
underlying source, I'm not sure.

Channel? Or Item? There is <category> for Items. It's a good question
though. Should a channel have a set of Dublin Core metadata? Optionally
of course!
[1]Nobody ever mentions Moreover (tm) here. I wonder why?
