I wasn't aware that Yahoo! did syndication. From where I'm standing, the
most popular format is RSS. I may be slightly biased, because I'm a member
of the RSS working group, but I maintain a website with more RSS information

The most popular thing to do is provide JavaScripts that your users can
embed in their websites that contain your content. For an example, take a
look at Moreover:
