Sigh. Just when Aaron gets the simple version done...

http://www.flutterby.com/archives/syndicatorpublisher.cgi is an XMLRPC
client to the old obsolete spec at http://my.theinfo.org/changed/
that'll let you subscribe and unsubscribe and list the channels
available from Flutterby. If someone with a client wants to let me
test against ya, subscribe and I'll send notify messages.

I guess now I'll slap together the CGI version...
