One idea that came up in the very earliest discussion of two groups is
based in the fact that the basic goal of both groups really is the
same, the disagreement is really about means to the end.

That scope of the idea is that both groups share an interest in adding
tags to the core spec so more useful things can be done with RSS.  The
tags that better describe article sources, provide company
information, and allow for syndicating whole content are excellent
examples.

The idea itself is that both groups should work together on what those
tags should *mean*, and then can implement them in their specs in a
manner consistent with the spec.

In the 0.91+ spec, that means a group of related tags, in the 1.0
spec, that means a module.

Didn't want that idea to get lost in the shuffle.
