Hello syndication,

Just a side note how others are doing it.

Ariba has a similar issue as on global basis they have a huge supplier
base which they need to be able to uniquely identify.
They use the Dun&Bradstreet DUNS-Number for this purpose. As soon as
you're company is registered, it will get a DUNS-Number (it may not
even know it).
