Why do you say this? To me they seem a lot like a special type of tag. The
opening is <[!CDATA[ (or some such) and the closing is ]]> -- this doesn't
seem to complicated to do (at least to me). It may not be familiar to those
who use HTML, but that doesn't mean it's very hard to learn.
