Could you be more specific about this "common robot protocol", I've
never heard of it.  From what I've read around the web, I thought the
general consensus was not to grab the same file repeatedly over a short
amount of time.  At most, a user should grab a file once an hour. 
However, getting an OCS feed and then caching each RSS channel in
succession was okay.

What are people's thoughts on this?
