This topic has bounced back and forth several times in the history of
XML-RPC. The discussion group at XML-RPC.com should contain some of the
previous conversations.

FWIW my PHP XML-RPC classes have had interface discovery method calls for
some time. To my knowledge, they are the only implementation of such.

May I suggest further discussion of this topic is restricted to the
xml-rpc@egroups.com address.
