Well, I always assumed ad banner changes would be completely ignored
(they're irrelevant). But, yes, I think this is a great idea. Why don't you forward this idea to the listserv (syndication@egroups.com) so that we can discuss it there? Off the top of my head, I can think of editing changes (typos, spelling mistakes), corrections (factual errors), updates (more recent information) and user-contributed commentary (like Slashdot comments). Send something to the list -- I think this is a great addition.
