In the "everyone's a critic" department...

The "getStoriesSince"/"getLastNStories" works for publications that
archive, but starts to determine the type of syndication a little bit more
than what I was thinking.

Also, since the "newStory"/"changedStory" delivers URLs, I don't
understand the function of "getStory".
