That was my original thinking. It's a trade-off between the simplicity of a
number versus the added information you get from a URL. it would probably be
best for it to be an unsigned integer with the URL information specified
somewhere else.

Sounds good. This makes a lot of sense.

I'd be honored to. :-) Send them to me by email (aaron@theinfo.org) for
right now, if there's enough interest, I'll set up a web-based system to
take care of it.

I'm doing some work on a client, I'd be happy to set up a simple system that
takes care of it.
