http://www.flutterby.com/software/cgcms/cgcms.dtd is close to what I'm
doing, the next changes will be to strip out <b>, <i>, <u>, <tt> and the
like and make sure that I'm properly using <em>, <cite>, <code>, <var> and
so on.
