You are right that the weblogging is very important since it provides a
level of meta-editorial around news items or more specifically anything that
changes dynamically on the web, new products, viruses etc. Whether we're in
a position to leveage this or not I'm not sure. My guess is that Moreover
can help deliver content links that the weblog community can write editorial
about but that webloggers should and will have ultimate control. The whole
weblog phenomenon is important as its a very weblike and grass roots
activity. I see Moreover and Userland and perhaps tools like that at
Spellchecker.net as ingredients for the weblog community and not the other
way around. Ultimately the 'webtop' publishing revolution will be driven by
what webloggers have developed.
