introduction and syndicating content question

hi,

my name is scott gruber. i'm a web designer/developer currently 
working at the ucla center for digital arts.

i've just launched a site running a distro of phpslash at 
http://www.glo.org

I'm joining this group to be able to share what i've learning about 
developing an online publishing and message board system and to have 
a place where i can ask question to continue developing the system, 
but to have a space where others can benefit from answers.

my perspective is very practical how to set it up and how to serve it 
up.

i've got rss working on my netscape but don't know how to share the 
resource with others. i used a php script backend.php3 and 
pheadlines.php3

can anyone suggest how to embess the rss file. in this case it is
http://155.135.4.200/slash/synd/pheadlines.php3?view=glo

so i can embed the file in other peoples pages.
