ANNOUNCE: Version 0.9.1 of Headline Viewer is now available

Version 0.9.1 of Headline Viewer is now available for download at

Newest features:
* Asynchronous Loading - Information is now loaded from providers
  in the background. The user experience is now much smoother
  since Headline Viewer is much more responsive and free of
  annoying waits.

* Background Loading - Headline Viewer will read information
  from providers in advance of when it is needed. A setting
  is provided to control how aggressively this will be done.

* A new non-bitmapped "Windows" skin is now the default.

* The To-Do list works properly with large fonts, and it now
  has an "X" close box.

* 4 new providers.

* Better automatic scrolling of the Active Provider List.

* Lots of bug fixes and small tweaks.

* Please note that the program's name is now officially
  Headline Viewer, not "Carmen's Headline Viewer."
