Dave, I've copied the list in on these because they're of general
interest, not complaints directed at you.

lastBuildDate - how is this different from pubDate. How are either
supposed to be machine readable when there is not format information
described

managingEditor  - what does this mean?

webMaster - what does the webmaster have to do with syndicated news?

skipHours,skipDays - never quite worked out whether they were designed
to work together or seperately, i.e. skip 1am, 2am and 3am on just the
days specified or skip the days specified and the times specified
every day

textinput - never could see the point of this


I have numerous other complaints:

Why is the Image width given a range of 1-144 but the height has a
range of 1-400?

Why can the channel description be up to 500 characters in length but
the Image description can only be 100?

No formats for images are specified. Doesn't matter for web browsers
but if you're building an offline viewer it might be handy to know
what possible image formats you could expect.

Why not allow simple HTML in the description element? At least allow
links.


Things I like:

Increase in the number of allowed items to 15

Removal of pseudo RDF

Addition of language
