RSS Version 0.91 Out

If you haven't seen it yet the spec for RSS 0.91 is out:

Major changes are the additions of new elements and the complete
removal of any RDF notation. Even the name has changed to Rich Site
Summary. This is going to break a number of RSS readers, although it
makes it much cleaner.
